1. How We Ship Our products are fulfilled by multiple vendors and print-on-demand partners, which means shipping times and carriers vary by item. We're upfront about that. Each order is handled with care — we just can't always control how fast it moves once it's in the carrier's hands.
2. Processing Times
Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories, home goods): 3–7 business days to produce before shipping
In-stock / dropship items: 1–3 business days to process
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
3. Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times:
Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen — especially during peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly noted at checkout.
5. Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. Note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your label is created.
6. International Orders We ship globally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery — these are not included in our pricing and are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days. We'll do everything we can to help, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
8. Wrong Address Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll work with the vendor to make it right.
