Return Policy – Soft Sinner Co

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale and non-returnable: print-on-demand items (made to order), intimates, and sale items.

How to Return: Email us at softsinnerco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions based on the item's vendor.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with the supplier to reship or refund.

Duties & Taxes: For international orders, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
